Workshop Refund Policy
Consider an example that you have attended your first workshop.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your first workshop session or you have not attended it:

• Full Refund: You can request a full refund within 2 days after the workshop, even if you have not attended the session.

• No Refund: Please note that if you have attended more than one lesson, you will not be eligible for a refund.

• Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 2 days after the first workshop. If you have attended more than one workshop, you will not be eligible for a refund.

• Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@mindlabtutoring.com and provide your registration details.

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 12 days, and may take up to 48 hours before reflecting in your account.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any registration or materials fees are non-refundable.

• Cancellation Policy: If a workshop is canceled by us, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

• Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. If a refund request was made prior to any changes to the policy, the original terms will apply to that request.
